eList allows you to create your own email or newsletter broadcast in text or in HTML and allows you to send it with various options without being restricted by local proxy servers that bar emails if you are sending couple of hundred mails at a time.

eList resides in your remote web hosting server thus takes the burden out of your local mail server. You are not restricted by your local server for the broadcast, it is web based so conduct your message broadcast from any where as long as you have access to the Internet. Your local mail server sends and receives normal mails and the remote hosting server does the broadcast job and feeds you back with the progress of the broadcast.

Keep track of groups or even batches that have been processed for broadcast.

Allows you to build a newsletter from header, body, and signature texts or you can create a complete email or newsletter in HTML.

Allow you to create top/bottom commonalities to do minimum changes if you wish to modify and resend it in the future.

Allows you to save each newsletter for particular group or save as a “template" for future use.

Allow you to send test newsletters to yourself as many times as needed while refining the content – this feature is available in both Text and HTML versions; and now with MIME attachments if specified.

Newsletters look professional when viewed with list specific mail headers displaying 'From' address, name / alias, subject, organization, your locality date stamping etc... This makes your message as STAND OUT amongst the trash mails that we receive today.

If the email is unsubscribed then such UN-Subscribed addresses are not automatically deleted instead these addresses are kept in a separate log with various options to manage them... such as you can set the eList to simply auto delete them from the log occasionally or to create separate lists of UN-subscribers or even remove again from original if a damaged list is rebuilt from the back-ups.

Attachment feature allows you to add an attachment to each newsletter; such as a small graphic image of your business card, or paid featured advertisement image or html page, or a free special offer message or even fill out/print forms and Fax back features etc.
 

Batch Mail Processing

A popular and useful feature in the eList is the ability to send the group list addresses in blocks (in batches), eList keeps track of such blocks and its progress is recorded. This feature is to reduce the load on the Host Mail Server for large mail-outs (and to avoid stopping you from being banned by your host service once lists become too large!)
